~DON'T QUIT~
Don't quit when the tide is lowest,
For it is just about to turn.
Don't quit over doubts & questions,
For there's something you may learn.
Don't quit when the night is darkest,
For it is just a while 'til dawn.
Don't quit when you have run the farthest,
For the race is almost won.
Don't quit when the hill is steepest,
For your goal is almost nigh.
Don't quit, for you're not a failure,
Until you fail to try.

It's just such a little thing..
When the phone does ring,
On the other end a familiar voice says, "Hi",
Every Mother's heart has room to sigh.
And it doesn't matter what they say,
It seems to calm us in a BIG way.
So when your Blessed with that ring,
You KNOW it's NOT "Such a Little Thing".

Military Moms Poem
Give me the greatness of heart to see,
The difference between duty and his love for me.
Give me understanding, so that I may know,
When duty calls him, he must go.
Give me a task to do each day,
To fill the time when he's away.
When he's in a foreign land,
Keep him safe in your loving hand.
And Lord, when duty is in the field,
Please protect him and be his shield.
And Lord, when deployment is so long,
Please stay with me and keep me strong.
